  1. JUST what I needed!! dairy free fat fast recipes. thanks SO much.

  2. suncatcher says:

I like to plan ahead and have found that I can use cupcake tins to bake individual sausage and eggs by lining each tin with sausage and cracking the egg into the middle, then bake! They are easy to microwave for a breakfast on the go!

  3. I bought the Fat Fast booklet because I hit a plateau and I’m enjoying Dana’s recipes! They fill me up and I feel great and I’m greatful for Dana πŸ™‚ The thing about Dana is that she uses ingredients most human beings already have at home.

Having said that, I also just bought Maria Emmerich’s e-book 2 days ago and the comparison of both authors is large. Although it’s plentiful of information, Maria Emmerich’s recipes require expensive ingredients like Coconut Aminos, Coconut Vinegar, 25$ chocolate bars and expensive sweetners! Her e-book is also filled with typing mistakes and some ingredients have been removed on her Website but not in her books. So I paid for nothing πŸ™ since all the UPDATED recipes are directly on the Website for free. I wrote to Maria about the e-book not being updated while I paid money for it. Her response was almost like: oh well!

For her response and for all these reasons, I cannot and will not support Maria Emmerich by purchasing her e-books in the future. But I must say, she does have a great blog.

Million thanx to Dana Carpender and her simplicity!
    Sibelle
